I don't rush the education part, especially at initial stages of care. I help patients to return to doing what they love, including keeping active 💪 . My approach to empowering my patients holistically helps them independently manage symptoms. They are equipped with life-long tools for a healthy, happy life! Osteopaths are health professionals and train for 4 years at university (BSc). We address musculoskeletal conditions holistically (all joints & tissues), with hands-on treatment techniques and prescribed exercises. Osteopaths view the body as a whole. Treatment consists of joint mobilisations, soft tissue massage, stretches, gentle manipulations etc. We work with patients to improve posture and increase mobility with treatment and prescribed exercises, all restoring normal function. Ultimately Osteopathy helps to remove underlying causes of pain so the body thrives pain free, whilst preventing future pain and stiffness!
