In person and online 1:1 fitness tailored to your needs. Please also see fitness group classes available to help you to finally achieve your goals! More rehabilitation based than personal training. Please get in touch. Covid update and infection control policy: Osteopaths 💆‍♀️ as Allied Health Professionals are classed as key/essential workers (similar to Physios and Chiropractors). We continue to work following strict PPE, infection control protocols and clinic procedures, offering video consultations to those in vulnerable categories/households or those with this preference. This also helps to relieve the pressure on an already strained NHS 🙏. Commited to your giving you the highest standard of care, these steps ensure the safety of yourself and others. Your health and wellbeing is your Osteopath's top priority 🌿: 🌸 Before your appointment expect pre-screening- you will be asked to report (and for any subsequent appointments) whether you or anyone else in your home has experienced Covid symptoms in the last 14 days. 🌸 You may be offered a phone or video consultation instead. 🌸 Before you arrive I will ensure the clinic undergoes a thorough clean 🌸 When you arrive, please arrive at the time of your appointment to reduce time spent in waiting areas. 🌸 Your treatment room will be well ventilated with the heating on. 🌸 You will be asked to maintain a safe distance from others. 🌸 Hand sanitiser will be provided before and after your appointment. 🌸 During your appointment I will wear a surgical face mask. 🌸 Please also wear a surgical face mask. 🌸 You will be requested to take a lateral flow test on the day of your appointment if possible. PLEASE GIVE AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ATTENDANCE OF AN APPOINTMENT/CLASS OR EVENT, GIVING OTHERS ENOUGH TIME TO ATTEND WHERE YOU CANNOT OTHERWISE THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. The full appointment fee will need to be charged for repeat/consecutive cancellations of appointments with less than 24 hours notice. Thank you for your co-operation and understanding.
