Women's Mindfulness in Nature Mini-Retreat Held in a private beautiful garden in Berrylands overlooking the Raeburn Open Space 🌿 This gentle women-only retreat offers a quiet, restorative space to pause, unwind, and reconnect with yourself in nature. Suitable for all levels — no experience needed. Through a blend of mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and nature-based practices, you’ll be guided through an afternoon designed to support relaxation, clarity, and inner connection. ✨ What you will experience A carefully curated afternoon of gentle, restorative practices designed to support nervous system calm and overall wellbeing: ✨Sharing circle & intention setting ✨Breathwork for relaxation and clarity ✨Tai Chi & Qi Gong for flow and balance ✨Guided forest bathing in nature ✨Beginner-friendly yoga & mobility ✨Journaling & reflective prompts ✨Guided meditation ✨Closing sound healing gong bath Homemade nourishing snacks provided (gluten-free & plant-based options available). 🗓 Sunday 14th June | 1–5pm 📍 Berrylands, Elmbridge Avenue, KT59H. N.B. PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE UPON BOOKING OF APPOINTMENTS AND NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED FULL RATES. PLEASE GIVE AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ATTENDANCE OF AN APPOINTMENT/CLASS OR EVENT, GIVING OTHERS ENOUGH TIME TO ATTEND WHERE YOU CANNOT OTHERWISE YOU WILL INCUR A PENALTY CHARGE. The full appointment fee will need to be charged for no shows/repeat/consecutive cancellations of appointments with less than 24 hours notice.
