I spend time with patients, helping them to understand their pain and I don't rush the education part. I help patients to get out of pain asap so they can return to doing what they love, especially keeping active 💪 . My approach to empowering my patients holistically helps them independently manage symptoms. They are equipped with life-long tools for a healthy, happy life! Osteopaths health professionals train for 4 years at university (BSc). We address musculoskeletal conditions holistically (all joints & tissues), with hands-on treatment techniques and prescribed exercises. Osteopaths view the body as a whole. Treatment consists of joint mobilisations, soft tissue massage, stretches, gentle manipulations etc. We work with patients to improve posture and increase mobility with treatment and prescribed exercises, all restoring normal function. Ultimately Osteopathy helps to remove underlying causes of pain so the body thrives pain free, whilst preventing future pain and stiffness! Osteopaths 💆‍♀️ as Allied Health Professionals are classed as key workers. We continue to work following strict PPE, infection control protocols and clinic procedures.
